Workflow automation that makes your systems work as one

We connect the applications your business runs on so that information moves automatically, handoffs happen on time and nobody has to copy and paste between tabs. Where a step needs judgment, we add AI; where it does not, we keep it simple and deterministic.

Overview

What workflow automation can do for your business

Business process automation starts with the process, not the tool. We map how work actually flows between people and systems, remove unnecessary steps, then automate what remains with reliable, monitored workflows.

We build on proven platforms such as n8n, Make and Zapier where they fit, and write custom services when volume, security or complexity demand it. Either way, you get documentation and ownership of what we build.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

01

Copy-paste between systems

The same customer or order details are entered into several tools, and they drift out of sync.

02

Handoffs that slip

Onboarding, approvals and follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send the next email.

03

Brittle, undocumented zaps

Automations built over time with no owner, no monitoring and no one sure what breaks if they change.

How it works

An example, step by step

A typical engagement shown as a single run from trigger to measurable outcome. Every step, tool and checkpoint is tailored after consulting and audit.

What you get

What we deliver

Process discovery

Workshops and system reviews to document the current flow, owners and failure points.

Integration architecture

A clear design for how systems connect, what the source of truth is and how errors are handled.

Workflow build

Automations on n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code — chosen for reliability and total cost, not habit.

Approvals & notifications

Structured approval steps in Slack, Teams or email, with reminders and audit trails.

Monitoring & alerting

Error handling, retries and alerts so failures surface immediately instead of weeks later.

Clean-up of existing automations

Consolidation and documentation of scattered automations into a maintainable system.

How we engage

Consulting first. Then delivery.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined path, so scope, risk and success measures are agreed before anything is built or taught.

FAQ

AI Agent Workflows: common questions

What is the difference between workflow automation and AI automation?

Workflow automation moves data and triggers steps using fixed rules. AI automation adds steps that need understanding, like reading an email. Most good systems combine both: deterministic workflows with AI only where it is needed.

Do you use n8n, Make or Zapier?

All three, plus custom code. We recommend a platform based on your volume, data-sensitivity, budget and in-house skills — and document the choice.

Can you fix automations we already have?

Yes. We regularly audit, consolidate and document existing automations, add monitoring, and rebuild the fragile parts.

What happens when an automation fails?

We design for failure: retries, dead-letter handling and alerts to a named owner, so problems are visible and recoverable.
